Shipping

Most items ship via Fedex Ground. We provide tracking information for items that ship direct from our warehouse, which includes everything but rain barrels. Shipping time is 5-8 business days. Rain barrels ship direct from the manufacturer. We can not provide tracking information for rain barrels. If you have a customer that has not received their barrel within 8 business days, please call for tracking.

Product Guarantee

Clean Air Gardening LC offers a two-year limited warranty. Clean Air Gardening LC warrants to the original purchaser that its products should be free from manufacturing non-conformances that affect product performance for a period of two years after date of delivery. Clean Air Gardening LC's obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts and labor for, or replacing, at its option, any product that is, in the sole discretion of Clean Air Gardening LC, found to be defective.

Returns

All returns must have prior written approval from Clean Air Gardening LC. Our restocking charge is 15% plus the original freight cost and return freight cost. Only full case returns are allowed. Sales are final 60 days after the invoice date.

Defective merchandise may be returned to Clean Air Gardening LC and a replacement will be provided at no additional charge. Photo verification may be required.

Drop Ship Policy

Clean Air Gardening LC sells to businesses with a valid resale permit only. We require accounts that drop ship to adhere to our MAP (minimum advertised pricing) guidelines, which is to not advertise our products online for less than the manufacturers suggested retail price. Clean Air Gardening LC requires that only approved and current images be used to represent products. All web sites selling Clean Air Gardening LC products must provide a secure shopping system and server. Clean Air Gardening LC assumes no liability with regard to falsified or non-collectible accounts.

Clean Air Gardening LC and its subsidiary and affiliated companies are the exclusive authorized broker Tumbleweed Composter, Brill Reel Mowers, and all wholesale products listed on the Clean Air Gardening LC's wholesale site - www.cleanairdistributing.com.
